Red Carpet Car Wash

Yesterday was my first time ever going to a Red Carpet Carwash and it most definitely will be my last. I ordered the works car wash and it was not even close to that. Still had water marks, soap on the back of my car and dust still on my windows. The tires dried and there wasn’t an ounce of shine on them and on top of that they scratched my car. I just bought this car and I know for a fact the scratch wasn’t there before I went through it. Spoke to the owner/manager not sure what he was and he started off short and rude didn’t even wanna hear my claim saying that nothing touches the car but high pressure water. So how is the car washed then ? He wasn’t even trying to ease my mind of it. I asked to see video he tried to blow me off again saying they are very low quality and there is a delay basically saying that’s not something I’m doing right now. Completely tried to blow me off and basically piss off. All and all I’ll never return to this place or any of the other ones. You don’t treat people that way who pay for your business.

The Best Car Wash in the area. Unlimited Memberships are the best. They clean interior and the glass is clear. Why pay for self service when you can have full service for the same money. In my opinion it is a no brainer If you haven't experienced this service give it a try you won't be disappointed. I used to detail vehicles and if you want your vehicle looking brand new this is your place.

First time I have been to Red Carpet Car Wash. I live on the other side of Tremont, Illinois. I heard this was a nice car wash. The person who told me was absolutely correct. It was quick and everyone did a great job. My car looks soooo nice and smells great. Thank you for a job well done. Everyone worked quickly and efficiently. I will return again. It was worth my drive. Thank you.

The staff here is outstanding! The lady working inside is always so friendly and pleasant to myself and other customers. I had multiple towel dryers greet me and ask me how I'm doing. They made sure to get the front of my car clean when a spot was missed - the attention to detail is exactly what you pay for! I love that I get the inside vacuumed and the inside of the windows wiped down. I have the monthly pass and am always so pleased with the clean. Plus you support local! 5-stars

So first time going to get my car washed at red carpet on glen in Peoria for its good reputation. The girl that took my order was great very nice explained it all and polite. The wash was not worth the 30 I paid for the premier service. My windows weren't clean the vacuum job was poor and they left all the trash right where it was. The dash was not wiped down good and in some places not at all. I've done a better job in my own driveway.
